Andrew -

Love this website and all of the information that you share with everyone.

On magnesium oxide, I've read some things that suggest that taking this creates a more alkaline environment in the upper GI tract that inhibits the absorption of other minerals such as calcium and iron.  What did your research show on this issue?

I've read the form of magnesium to take is "magnesium citrate" as opposed to "magnesium oxide."

Andrew I heard that magnesium Oxide is one of the cheapest form of magnesium and it does not dissolve well in the body. I take your calcium capsule and on the back of the label you use magnesium oxide, which I'm a little disappointed. I hope you would consider changing it to a better form of magnesium like chelated, glycinate, or broad spectrum magnesium. Since we are so depleted of magnesium in this nation, I would preferred you make just a magnesium supplement as I understand I'll bones carry magnesium and magnesium is so good for so many things beside I'll bones. Please consider making a magnesium supplement I would definitely buy it! PS love your vitamins!!!!!
