Let me first begin with a sincere thank you for the thoughts and prayers offered to our Las Vegas community. We greatly appreciate the outpouring of support. Thankfully everyone at ProCaps is fine, but sadly, there are many we know that were not so fortunate. Of course, we all offer our prayers, but personally, I wish I could offer hope as well. Hope that things will change, since even for those of us who were not personally touched, I believe each of these tragedies takes a toll on our country’s collective soul. To me, this is not a political issue, but a very serious public health issue. We all pray for the innocent victims of this latest horrific tragedy, but I also pray that our leaders find the wisdom and courage to create a world that is safer for all of us. Again, thank you for your kind thoughts.
Each time we celebrate our Anniversary at HSN, I feel compelled to make it extra special, as a thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years. You likely know that at ProCaps, we do not do any advertising and I have also refused to sell our products in retail stores, so in other words, we completely rely on our products and your faith in them to encourage others to try them. Thanks to you, we are still at HSN some 21 years later and almost 27 years after I first very nervously took the stage at QVC. Again, the only reason we are still here is your faith and loyalty to our products. This weekend, we celebrate 21 wonderful years at HSN and there is no better way to do so than with our CoQ10. It is our flagship product. It is also a product that we proudly introduced to America long before anyone else some 33 years ago. It took another decade or so for others to discover it, but as with many of our ingredients, we followed the science long before others paid attention to it. CoQ10 is now consistently recommended by doctors and viewed as one of the most important ingredients to supplement. Of course, some doctors might argue that Vitamin D3 or Vitamin B12 or perhaps even Vitamin C might be just as important, but with our 21st Anniversary Today’s Special, you can get them all and do so at our best savings ever on this product. I am proud to say that our 200 mg CoQ10 today is less expensive today than our 30 mg CoQ10 33 years ago. That would be like buying a car today for less than 10% of what you paid for it 33 years ago! Plus, because I did not do a Vitamin D3 Today’s Special this year, you can choose your CoQ10 with added Free Vitamin D3 of either 1000 IU or 2000 IU. Your choice. The Vitamin D3 is Free. Our CoQ10 also provides the world’s most sophisticated B-Complex supplement, including our unique proprietary Methyl B12 and Methyl Folate. These unique ingredients have made our CoQ10 a virtually perfectly reviewed product at 4.7 Stars with thousands upon thousands of 5-Star Reviews. So, whether you seek the world’s finest high potency CoQ10 or the most sophisticated Vitamin B12 or even the best non-acidic Vitamin C, today, you get all of them in a small, easy-to-swallow capsule that will never upset your stomach for just pennies a day. There is no company that has been making products with CoQ10 for longer than we have and it is that experience that insures that our CoQ10 will never disappoint you. Many say that CoQ10 is the most important supplement they take, which is why we made it our Anniversary Today’s Special and the perfect way to say a sincere thank you! Enjoy!
Our quality of life is directly related to our energy level, since energy determines our fundamental ability to engage in life. Energy also determines the capacity of our most important organs’ to function at their best, which in turn determines how well we can function each minute of the day. There is no single ingredient more central to the ability of each and every one of your trillions of cells to produce the energy we need than Coenzyme Q10. So, if your energy level is not what it used to be and you find that you just have not been feeling your very best, then please tune-in tonight, Saturday at midnight for our CoQ10 Today’s Special. It is our very best value of the year. We will also have a Variety Show the hour before at 11 PM Eastern Time where we will cover a dozen of our most popular products, including October’s Monthly Specials: Calcium-Magnesium Intensive Care and all-important Vitamin K2 MK7. At midnight I will provide a more detailed discussion of the latest science and the benefits associated with CoQ10 and the reasons why those taking some of the world’s most popular medications must absolutely supplement CoQ10. I will return at Sunday at noon and again at 8 PM. There will only be three live airings of the Today’s Special, but you can always watch videos of earlier shows at HSN.com. Also, ALL our products will be available at Special Anniversary Pricing and Free Shipping throughout the visit, so feel free to take advantage. See you tonight at 11 PM.
Best of health,
Andrew
Am reading alot about copper toxicity and zinc deficiency. Almost all supplements have copper. Words of wisdom?
Many holistic docs recommend GABA, L tryptophan, Ltheanine, L glutamine, kavinase. Any of your products contain these?
This was my first buy from Andrew about ten years ago and I always buy it every year for four of us now!!! Since that first buy, I have added many more of his supplements, not disappointed with a single one of them, thanks Andrew!!! I even have my dad, (92) on four different ones!!!
I noticed that there were not any flex pays on the products that I need to reorder. Being retired that is very necessary for me. Any chance this could be changed?
I agree 100%. Andrew please consider putting all your vitamins on flex pay. Senior citizens need all the help we can get to continue buying your awesome vitamins. Being retired is very hard when your money is very limited each month. I really do hope you will rethink this and help us out. Flex pay really helps us get the vitamins we need to stay healthy, also. Many thanks.
Hello! I did notice that if you buy Andrew’s CoQ10 from his site, once you click on the amount you want (600 capsules, etc.), then you get a pop up to use flex pay. But I think the flex-pay is only for the Today’s special (from his website procapslabs.com). Hopefully they will provide flex-pay on HSN as well once his visit starts. FYI that if you take a lot of vitamins, it is best to buy them all from Andrew’s site at the same time because if you buy 10 items, you get an additional 20% off (everything except the today’s special). He has other quantity discounts too 15% or 10% if you buy less stuff. So, that’s what I do. You save a lot of money that way. So try totaling your order on HSN and then try totaling the same items on Andrew’s site and see which is cheaper. Hope this helps.
I agree, I spent quite a lot on this order and sure could have used FLEX PAY…
Not only seniors, anyone who has tight budgets (like myself) also. Please make the supplements more affordable. Provide more flexpays on all of your products, at least when you coming to visit HSN. Thanks Andrew.
Dee & others…
The vitamins are on flex pay, just go to HSN,s web site and you will see them.
They are not showing up from this email… Hope this info helps… ?
I prefer to purchase through Pro Caps, (get a discount on how many vitamins I purchase), which saves me money, but still would like to spread out the payments..
I have to say that a a retiree myself I would love to see some kind of senior discount. I love Andrew’s products but even with special prices my husband and I are faced with difficult choices
Andrew, I am so very happy that I decided to trust your vitamins. I am 65 years old and will be 66 on October 16th, if the Lord’s will. I feel Great and your vitamins never bother my stomach. I need to stock up, so I will definitely be watching and ordering. Thank you so much!
I take your CoQ-10 along with Hair Skin&Nails and Phosphatydal Serine but found that there is way too much B-12 in them altogether; my doctor’s nurse said it’s too much for me. The CoQ-10 is the biggest culprit and wish you’d put a minimal amount in it. I alternate taking the 3 of them every day, but if you cut down on the B12 in the CoQ, I could take the 3 all at once. Please consider doing so. Thanks!
Andrew’s use of B Vitamins definitely needs a new look in light of current info on effects of high doses of B Vitamins. It is no longer appropriate to say the excess just washes out of the body thru elimination. Switching to the more bio-available forms is a start, but reducing his tendency to load up B vitamins in so many formulas needs another look. So MANY of Andrew’s customers take multiple versions of vitamins from Andrew. I also don’t purchase some vitamins I would otherwise because of the very high B Vitamin load they carry together.
I would agree. My B12 was in the 4 digit range….WAY too high. Got me a whole lot of extra testing.
Your Docs are following prejudice learned in US med school, predominantly run by Drug Co’s as per British med journal, Lancet. My B-12 level tests in 4 digit range & my Doc said not to worry. When I 1st asked test my D-3 level, he was not pleased that I was taking 5000 units per day But my level came back at the bottom of the reference range of 30-100 people absorb differently and a blood test is only way to know how much you need to take
Yes, the finding of too much B12 was the result of a blood test. There were no terrible side affects, but I’d been experiencing what can be described as creepy crawlies over parts of my body. I had no idea what caused them, but I noticed they stopped once I took less B12. It’s amazing that you’re able to handle 5000 units daily! I have to take my pills early in the morning or I’m sleepless all night!
Yes, I just had my B-6 level checked and it was 4 times what I should have so
my doctor told me to cut out all of Andrew Lessmans Supplements with B 6.
This means that the COQ-10 200, Essential One and Healthy Skin & Nails
I do not take until my B-6 levels come down.
There are no side effects to taking too much vitamin B-12. Any excess washes out of the system.
I am sure that your doctor’s nurse is going by daily recommended Amiynts of vitamin B-12 when she makes that statement but most daily recommended amounts are not nearly enough of what our bodies truly need
Just know that you can safely take the 3 vitamin formulas you choose and there will be no problems.
Please see my reply above. Thanks.
Peggy, as an RN myself, I will tell you nursing school does not provide ANY additional education of vitamin supplements. Unless your Dr & nurse have researched and studied the supplements, I would take the advice with a grain of salt. Instead, ask your doctor to order a blood test for vitamin B-12. I do this every 6 months for myself, husband and 89 y/o mother. We supplement daily with high dosages and still have not reached the maximum level in our blood stream. Get a test and go from there. While you are at it, ask your Dr to order a test for Vit D called 25-Hydroxyvitamin D (25OHD) which is the precursor.
He won’t answer you Peggy. He never does….
Andrew thank you for your diligent work in keeping all doses updated with the changing science, I know you are prudent in increasing dosage when the scientific studies show it, I started taking COQ10 a year ago and without changing anything else I lost 7 pounds, COQ10 turns on the energy factory in our body which makes for a higher calorie burning system.
I wish you would make a list of which of your products are fat soluable and which are water soluable. I want to get the most benefits out of your products.
Are there any vitamins that I should not be taking at the same time
For years, I buy so many of your vitamins when you come on every 3 months. I won’t be able to pay hundreds of dollars at one time if HSN does not provide FlexPay. Please, please convince HSN that your vitamin line is successful in large part to offering FlexPay for loyal customers.

You need to look into each product by bottle size. Lack of flex pay is ONLY on smallest size. # of flex pay month s increases in proportion to the size/cost.
I really do appreciate that Andrew for his products and all the information he shares . As I posted last week on HSN community under concerns about pricing.

I know my test are better because I take Andrews products .
I have been using his products since the mid ninety’s . My health and well being have reaped the benefits .
Actually many of his products are priced MUCH lower than they were twenty years ago . I truly appreciate that the price is lower. Of course I wish they were free (haha) .
I trust Andrew and have confidence he will keep the cost as low as he can.

Andrew-do u happen to have a skin product for crepy (sp) skin or is there such a product that would help? Currently I take the Hair, Skin & Nails plus your multivitamin.
Try the hair skin and nails. It worls for me. I take it twice a day. I just turned 70 and people are always shocked when I tell them how old I am. I have taken it for years, along with. Aci berry, and coQ10. Oh, I also take the woman’s complete.
I love the Collagen, it makes my skin so soft and subtle and helps my joints, I also take Hair Skin and Nails.
I have been taking Pro Caps vitamins and supplements for a few years and believe they make a difference. Regarding the Today’s Special, I prefer to buy CQ10 and Vitamin D separately. If I need more of one and less of the other I cannot adjust the amounts. For example, I take Vitamin D year round, but increase it during the dark winter months. The combination takes away options. Perhaps a package deal of one bottle each could be offered. Thanks for making quality vitamins and supplements.
There are three options of the CQ-10 offered. there is one without the Vit D3.
Glad the options were available, as my Dr. doesn’t want me to take too much Vit.D3, (or calcium) Had to cut back on taking Essential 1 due to the increase of Vit. D3 from 1,000 to 2,000. Only take the multi 3 times a week.
Andrew, Please consider pulling the B’s out of your single formulas. I have read taking folic acid is controversial. I would love to take your CoQ10, but dont need the loading of B vitamins. I adore your Vitamin D, Omegas, Eye Support etc.
I’m not understanding the concern with the Vitamin B’s in Andrew vitamins? Andrew I’m assuming is aware that we take other supplements of his. He’s always said that we can take his supplements together. If the Vitamin B’s would be too much? I don’t think he would say we can take any of his supplements together?
Can someone clarify methyl folate versus folic acid. Synthetic folic acid -no good, folate is good. It is confusing when The word is interchanged. Thank you in advance.
I have been taking one Essential 1 Multi for years now —- Is there any need to add CoQ10 to that?
I missed the Today’s Special by 45 minutes, I was so disappointed. I’ll have to stop taking CoQ10 when mine runs out until there is another special. Are there any specials in the forecast, or does it only take place annually?
To Karen Lunau:
Sorry you missed the deal for coq10. Andrew usually just do coq10 today’s special once a year only. Next time, if you missed Andrew’s today’s special in HSN. You can shop with procaplabs.com The today’s special product price would still be there the day after HSN is over, before 12 pm EST that afternoon. The flex pays would still be there also until that afternoon.
How I wish I would have know this a little sooner. Thank you! From this point forward I will probably not miss the first midnight deadline. Thanks again!
Karen: To be on the safe side, I would place order around 11 am EST the day after HSN Today’s Specials is over on Andrew TS. As matter of fact, FYI, procapslab.com offers the Today’s Special item(s), the same time as HSN when Andrew is on Air. You can place your order(s) with either one, but Andrew just give us an extra 1/2 day for those who missed it with HSN.(the flex pay options would be identical with HSN but only on TS product(s), which I hope Andrew gives us a break and does all products with flex pay options in procaplabs.com also, at least when he is on Air), Hope that would help you and all the Andrew’s fans.
P.S. FYI: Don’t miss Today’s special for this upcoming Sunday. As we all know, Andrew will be offering 2 products, his ultimate friendly flora (probiotic) and the combination products of resveratrol, EGCG, pomegranate, and grape seed, extract.
I have a suggestion, since you put vitamin b complex, c, and d3 into your coq10 product already, I am hoping you can come up with “Essential 2” multivitamins product. In additional to the ingredients in “Essential 1”, you can consider putting coq10 and/or EGCG and/or resveratrol, etc into the capsules so we can just do 2 capsules a day for all those great ingredients. Hope that will happen soon. Thanks
Andrew, you really need to address people’s concerns on your own blog. It’s pretty rude and makes you look bad. Not saying you are, but really Andrew.
Hi I was wondering if you will be making a coq10 without folic acid???
